What a beautiful resort. Most beautiful gardens and the rooms are amazing. We stayed for the weekend in the Romantic Junior Suite Agua Swim up King and the rooms are big. It was my 50th bday celebration and everyone went out of there way to make me feel special. Thank you for Mercedes organising our welcome bday champagne and fruit in the room. Thank you to Dio who attended to all our request and organising more champagne, cake, fruit and special note for our first night and a BIG THANK YOU for our Romantic Dinner on Saturday, that ended up at our room due to rain - this was very special and intimate. Special thank you to Eiromy for showing us around, making time to check up on us, congrats me on my bday the following day and organising everything for us. Thank you to Alex at the pool bar for the drinks on our first day unfortunately we did not see you the rest of the weekend due to the rain. The food was delicious and the staff very friendly. I would recommend the Romantic Dinner for two - the food are amazing and well presented. Highly recommend to use the Spa facilities. The staff are very friendly, helpful and professional.

Lots of activities in the property throughout the day and into the evening. Classy atmosphere, where the guests enjoy the all-inclusive without abusing. Only very few, calm children. The food is very fresh, good and varied, yet do not expect a Michelin Star (in none of the four restaurants).

The service and friendliness of the staff was outstanding. My husband both really enjoyed our stay and couldn’t recommend it enough.
